TVO Property Services appointed two new members to the executive board. Michal Kratochvíl joined TVO in 2009 and has led the finance and accounting departments. He is also responsible for developing operating budgets for all TVO affiliates and coordinating the firm’s reporting for its operations in the Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland, Slovakia and Bulgaria. He previously worked at Orco Property Group, and before that at Accenture and GE Money Bank.
Kratochvíl has a degree from the University of Economics, Prague (VŠE), where he studied corporate finance, management accounting and corporate accounting. He is fluent in Czech, Slovak, German and English.
Lukáš Brandejs also joined TVO in 2009. He is in charge of credit control and debt collection on behalf of TVO’s property owner clients and negotiates terms and conditions for the property owner’s tenants. His previous experience included work at Orco Property Group and being a senior judicial clerk in the Municipal Court of Prague.
He has a bachelor’s degree in business and law from Faculty of Law of Masaryk University (MU) in Brno, South Moravia, and a master’s degree in industrial property rights from the Metropolitan University in Prague. He is fluent in Czech and English.
