Raifeissen Leasing Real Estate, through its subsidiary RLRE Carina Property, will relaunch its H-Park mixed-use development just outside the city center of Brno, South Moravia, after a two-year delay. The company has just obtained the building permit for the 8,000 sqm project located on Heršpická street in the city’s commercial zone.
“We have stabilized the location of the H-Park project, and the implementation of its first phase is ready to be launched. It took us two years to obtain a planning permit covering the entire project and a building permit for the business and storage facilities,” Hynek Stupák, development manager at Raifeissen Leasing Real Estate, said in a press release.
The industrial team at property consultant Cushman & Wakefield is responsible for leasing the property.
“The Brno market possesses a unique position in the Czech Republic. The demand for industrial property has for many years exceeded the supply there. This is due to a lack of land suitable for commercial developments,” Jaroslav Kaizr, head of the Industrial Team at Cushman & Wakefield, said in the press release.
Kaizr added that the project offers companies the option of a more centrally located industrial space with inherent visibility. H-Park’s second phase will consist of its office space component.
