Paramo fills gap in board of directors

Jan Řihák will replace outgoing member Jacek Kukier at petroleum processing firm Paramo

Jan Řihák is now a member of the board of directors of Paramo, maintaining the number of members at three. The other two members of the board of directors are its chairman, Milan Kuncíř, and its deputy chairman, Jindřich Bartoníček. New member Řihák has replaced Jacek Kukier who resigned from his position.

Řihák has more than 25 years’ experience in the oil and lubricant industry and is currently the executive manager of Orlen Oil Česko.  Before joining the PKN Orlen group, Řihák worked with company Slovnaft in the Czech Republic as a lubricant sales manager as well as Benzina as a technical inspector. He studied at the Secondary School of Electrical Engineering (SPŠE) in Brno, South Moravia.

Paramo, a member of Unipetrol/PKN Orlen Group, specializes in the processing of petroleum into refinery and asphalt products and in the production of lubricating and process oils. The company employs 668 people.
