International real estate consultancy CB Richard Ellis (CBRE) has selected Tomáš Jandík to fill the position of investment agent, in which he will be responsible for advising institutional investors in real estate transactions. The CBRE investment team has contributed to the closure of the majority of investment transactions on the Czech market for this year.
Jandík brings his experience from working with Kooperativa poisťovňa, Otis Elevators, Ernst & Young, and most recently with international real estate adviser DTZ as a senior valuer and asset manager. He is a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and lectures at the Institute of Economic Studies at Charles University.
He studied at Charles University before gaining his master’s degrees in real estate from the College of Estate Management in Reading, UK, and in economics and management from Humboldt University in Berlin, Germany.
