  17:07

The team of consultants advising both building owners as well as their tenants will be supplemented by two new members

Cushman & Wakefield (C & W) has appointed two new members to their office agency team, which provides professional services to both office building owners as well as tenants. The team now consists of eight consultants.

“We fared well last year despite the low market performance. We therefore decided to extend the team and we are happy to have found high-quality and experienced professionals. All eight members of our team have more than four years of individual real property experience, which in itself is a guarantee of service quality and a professional approach,” head of the office team at C & W Radka Novak said in a press release. ‘We fared well last year despite the low market performance’

Kateřina Rýznerová joins the team representing landlords in the regional market. She gained extensive experience as both a developer and a consultant, formerly working for CTP Invest, King Sturge and Prologis. Prior to beginning work in the real estate industry, she worked in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.  She graduated from the Faculty of Social Sciences of Charles University and from the Diplomatic Academy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

David Ešner will represent tenants and can offer consulting in project and construction management. He first started to gain experience in the property and construction industries in 2005. He has worked at Knight Frank in the property sale department and market research as well as at Mexx Reality and Hochtief CZ. He graduated from the Faculty of Architecture of the Czech Technical University in Prague (ČVUT) and from the London School of Public Relations.
