Fight against corruption: please continue

In the face of the economical crisis we are all going through, every czk saved from dirty hands is one less czk paid by law abiding people like you and me and it is great to see some politicians/mayors asking for clarity and clear bids despite the incredible pressure (and ease) to close one''s eyes. In this case, there not only seems to be corruption but also collusion between the bidders (surprising they all come with 2% of each other''s bid) or flawed bidding control at the city hall. Were the bids supposed to be private ? If yes, it is likely that someone shared the bids with PS (it would be interesting to look at the time sequence of the bids) Work is the future of this country and success will follow, corrupted people are the block to success.
