I understand Mr. Lassiouve & Harchoux''s frustration. They play by the rules of the country and a bilateral agreement for years and then a short sighted gvt changes the rules with retroactive effect, well of course they will sue. This country needs alternative power to nuclear and fossil in any case, solar or other, so that we can be safe from another nuclear disaster or increased temperatures. Instead of fighting a wrong battle, this gvt should cut it loses, accept it reacted poorly and rethink a more balanced development of alternative sources of energy besides CEZ. Yes, we will have to pay more for electricity, but don''t you think millions of Japanese today would be very happy to have paid twice as much over the last few years to be safe today?
